Before you come
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for brow and lash tints, brow lamination and lash lifts: a free 5-minute patch test at least 48 hours before your first treatment, and again if it's been more than six months. You can book one from the Brows or Lashes section.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Arrive a few minutes early so there's no rush. Liv will check in with you about anything you've shared, how you're feeling and what you'd like from the treatment, then the time is yours. For facials, come without make-up if you can.
I'm pregnant, or have a medical condition. Can I still book?
